More and more individuals continue to be impacted by the amount of stress, overwhelm, hurt, and trauma. Without the necessary timeouts and support needed in life - life itself can become unbearable. Take a moment out of your week to just BREATHE and create something beautiful in the process. It does a body good - REALLY! So join the BREATHE Experience Lunch Bunch (usually) every 4th Friday of the month at a Rēsin To Play, listen to the sounds of the calming ocean, and unplug for a moment to renew.
